Cape View Villa has stunning sea views to Cape Kidnappers, Napier, and across to Mahia. The beach and the Hawke's Bay Cycle Trail are right across the road. Further along Clifton Road are Elephant Hill Winery, Clearview Winery, and Te Awanga Estate Winery for wine tasting, platters, and meals. The Villa has recently been renovated throughout and has a new kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The huge deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture gets all day sun, as does the house - winter and summer - which makes for a cozy, warm house. There is free WiFi, mobile coverage, SKY TV, DVD player, bluetooth stereo with smart phone dock, heat pump, electric blankets, bathrobes, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Downstairs has large rumpus room with 2 single beds, a couch, TV and DVD player. There is also a large, fully fenced backyard with outdoor toys and games. This house is well set up for two families holidaying together, a group of friends, a girls get-away break, and a boys golfing trip. It is also a great place for out-of-town workers. HOUSE LAYOUT: Upstairs there are 2 Queen bedrooms and one bathroom, lounge, kitchen & dining room. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 king single beds that share an ensuite bathroom. Also a rumpus room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with laundry facilities.
