Substantial outdoor decking area. Upstairs deck is fenced and gated. Total of 6 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite. In Whatamango Bay, Queen Charlotte Sounds, 5km road access from Picton, Marlborough Sounds. Perfect for several families, or large groups to holiday together. Please note this is absolute water front, which means unfenced access to jetty and ocean. Current name Matuku, Previously known as Hunter's Lodge.

Amazing house and absolute waterfront property. Was perfect for our 3 families with teenagers and 3 boats. The house was incredibly well equipped with plenty of space and was lovely and clean. We really, really want to go back! Would definitely recommend. An absolute slice of paradise! Thank you so much.

Everything you need and more for a great holiday. We didn't need to leave at all over the week as teens and adults were all well entertained. We spent hours in the kayaks enjoying the beautiful bay, and warmed up by the fire afterwards in the living area looking out at the stunning view. The kitchen is great for a group and there is so much good space in the house. It was very clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for sharing this great property with us. Our car struggled a bit on the steep driveway, but it wouldn't stop us visiting again.

Fantastic spot! Right on the waterfront with a huge table out front for communal meals. The owner was excellent at communication and bach felt clean and homely. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with friends.
