Stunning absolute waterfront location. Easy drive-on access to the door. Relax on the large sundeck facing North. Spectacular views of the Sound and surrounding native bush. Very safe swimming beach, bush walks, boating, fishing, etc. There is just so much to do. Kayaks are available. Approximately 45 minutes' drive from Havelock. Due to the latest weather event, which has caused major roading issues on Keneperu Rd, we are no longer allowing boats access to this property by road. We do not have a mooring or jetty. Trailers must be towed empty, and boats can launch at havelock. Please also be aware that Keneperu Road is still undergoing major repairs from a storm in 2021-22. This will continue until 2026. Daily time restrictions for using the Keneperu Road, excluding public holidays and weekends, could be in place. Please refer to the Marlborough Roads Recovery update site on the Marlborough District Council website for further information on any delays.
