About this Holiday House

Matagouri Cottage offers all the modern comforts and a touch of retro! The fully equipped kitchen is very socially incorporated into the dining and living area which open onto the long deck for the gorgeous summer days. In winter you can stoke the firebox and be warm and cosy. There are four bedrooms, one with a queen bed and three twin rooms (two single beds). All have built-in wardrobes and plenty of space. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and there is another separate toilet. Matagouri Cottage holiday accommodation is located just a few minutes drive from Tekapo’s village centre, lakefront, restaurants, shops, hot springs and observatory. Mt Dobson and Roundhill Ski Areas are both within an hours drive. Tekapo is also the perfect base for exploring neighbouring Mackenzie Country attractions of Twizel, Lakes' Pukaki & Ohau and Aoraki Mount Cook.
