Located at the beautiful Bucklands Beach water front, this house is at the rear of the drive way. We are now providing the upstairs with internal access double garage and laundry for people longer and shorter stay. The upstairs has beautiful sea view. It consists of two sun drenched bedrooms, large and bright lounge combined with dining, large semi-ensuite bathroom which has a bath, shower and heated towel rail. Garden with beautiful seaview is good for outdoor living and BBQ. Although it shares the same property with the owners, it is private and with its own entrance. The quiet and homely environment are suitable for 2-6 people. The 1st bedroom has a double bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed which can be separated into 2 single beds. A sofa bed is placed in the lounge and ready for extra guests. A child cot will be provided on application. Beach over the road and enjoy the water fun in Summer and air conditioner keeps guests warm in Winter. Walking distance to nearby eateries, dairy and bus station. Short cut along the beach to Half Moon Bay Ferry, in which range of shops including supermarket, chemist , post shop and variety of restaurants. 30 minutes ferry ride to central Auckland and 45 minutes to Waiheke Island 2 minutes drive to Musick Point for a track and golf course, a few minutes to Highland Park shopping mall and Botany Down centre. 30 Minutes to Auckland Airport.
