This is a sunny three bedroom home set in the heart of Picton designed as split-level. Upstairs is the open plan living of kitchen, dinning and lounge areas with three bedrooms downstairs. The back door opens to a deck and large grassed area and the front door has a sheltered decking area also. Easy walking to town around the edge of the hill through the marina and over the coat-hanger bridge or just follow Waikawa Road into central Picton.

This home is within walking distance to central Picton which offers lovely cafes, restaurants, shops and picnic areas. There are also various walking and biking tracks. The local swimming pool is just around the corner. Enjoy Picton and all it has to offer being the gateway to the Marlborough Sounds and the South Island. Picton is half an hours' drive from the famous Marlborough vineyards where there are multiple choices of wine tastings and restaurants and also a gin shop. Various boat tours of the Sounds are available. A visit to Motuara Island will enable you to see the South Island robins, saddlebacks and fantails and a visit to Ship Cove will enable you to see where Captain Cook first landed in New Zealand. There are also many wine trails and eateries in Marlborough. There is a children's playground on the foreshore with a merry-go-round, mini-golf, a water play area and train rides. A real golf course is just a short drive out of Picton.
