The studio is fully insect screened and has a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV,& CD player, in the slightly separate kitchen area, bar-fridge, toaster, electric frypan, kettle, and microwave allow you to do basic self- catering, A small dining table inside and extra dining and living area on a trellised covered deck overlooking the garden towards the sea. A washing machine is in the unit with airdrying rack on the deck. Air-conditioning is available with a surcharge due to the high costs of electricity here in the Cook Islands, and guests are kindly requested to turn off air-conditioner whenever they leave the apartment. Please note that there are no on-site managers and there is no on-site reception, therefore, please let the property know your expected time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange key collection, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Reef easy walk at low tide. There are a few sandy beach areas for sunbathing. No noisy parties. Music to be turned down after 10 p.m. Sorry no children under 10 years.
