This home is on the beautiful Cooks Beach waterfront. Across the road is the park with children's swings. Close by are the wonderful walks to Lonely Bay, Shakespeare Cliff Lookout and Flaxmill Bay. Five minutes to the Whitianga ferry by car. Cooks Beach is a safe beach for swimming, boating and kayaking. There are birds(Dotterel and Oyster catchers) nesting on the beach. The house is a upstairs and downstairs. It can be rented as one whole house or with a self contained 2 bed-room flat. It can be rented as two separate units. Minimum stay is negotiable in the off peak season. There is a cleaning charge, which varies depending on the number of people and length of stay.
