" Crothall Cottage. " Less than 2 minutes walk to town, cafes and waterfront Easy drive to Ocean Beach and Manu Bay Original character home. The town centre is almost at your front door - it is less than a 2 minute walk to cafes waterfront and the calm waters of Te Kopua Beach. Great for swimming, kayaking and family picnics. It is just a 5 km drive to Ocean Beach or approximately 8 kms to Whale Bay and Manu Bay - world famous surf break. Be there for the surf carnivals and the music events. This lovely old character home offers comfortable spacious living and dining - with great sunny indoor outdoor flow for al fresco dining or playing with the kids on the back lawn. Easy drive on level access. Families preferred. No parties. No parking on grassed area. Shoes off inside house.

Gorgeous house in a perfect location right in the heart of raglan. Phil was great with communication and was easy to contact and quick to respond. The house has everything you need, is comfortable, spotlessly clean and has great spaces for entertaining both inside and out. We had a lovely girls weekend away but it would also be perfect for families. We would certainly rent again. It's the perfect place for a holiday in Raglan.

Fantastic little rustic home. Location couldn't be closer to town, you can park up and walk everywhere. Great summer rental, perfectly comfortalbe for our girls weekend.

We had a very nice stay at this bungalow in Raglan. Excellent location in walking distance to the inlet for e.g. paddle boarding and kayaking, as well as the shops and eateries in Raglan. Playground nearby also. The house itself is spacious and packed with character features that help one unwind and enjoy the coastal setting. Would recommend.
