Sails is situated on a hill-side with magnificent views over Oneroa and Owhanake bays. It is only a short walk to Oneroa village shops, cafes, takeaways, art galleries and entertainment. The property offers plenty of indoor/outdoor living space. You can follow the sun around, choosing to relax on any of the surrounding decks. Should the weather take a turn for the worse, there is a lovely Kent fireplace to stoke up and keep you warm.

A short stroll into Oneroa village which has a variety of shops, banks, the post office, gas station, Information centre, cafes, restaurants and bars. The village also includes various Art Centres, a Four Square superette, Fruit & Veg shop and 2 liquor stores. Oneroa village is the only place you will find ATM machines. Only a 5 minute drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia and approximately 10 minutes to the car ferry located at Kennedy Point.
