The property is a 'lived in' family home with plenty of charm and personality, you will have it to yourselves and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space is made available for your stay. There may be a lovely 1year old cat at the property, if this is a problem, please let me know. The bed configuration is two queen beds, both comfortable. If you are wanting to book both rooms for two couples there will be an extra linen fee. Babysitting is also available on an hourly basis. Cancellation: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in, you'll lose 100% of the total booking price. If a cancellation is made within 10 days of check-in, you'll lose 25% of the total booking price. A booking service charge of $50 applies to all cancellation refunds.
