Panorama on the Terrace sits high on Queenstown Hill boasting unobstructed views of crystal clear Lake Wakatipu and the mountains, while still only being a few minutes’ drive from the bustling town centre for all amenities and activities. With three bedrooms each with their private ensuite, this villa is perfect for couples travelling together or a family. The master bedroom has a king bed with desk, lounge seating, large walk in wardrobe, Smart TV and the en suite has a spa bath and separate shower. This spacious room certainly has the “wow factor” – with floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony the views are simply spectacular. Bedroom two has a king split bed and an en suite with bath and shower. Bedroom three has a king split bed and an en suite with shower. Both of these rooms allow for flexibility as they can be made up as single beds for children or as kings beds for adults.
The main living area is bright and open plan with a lounge and dining area complete with sliding floor to ceiling doors, which allows maximum enjoyment of the views and access onto the balcony with outdoor seating. There is a beautiful schist gas fire place and Smart TV – a very cosy lounge to relax in. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar style seating. Other features include full laundry facilities, a hooded BBQ and secure parking in a private garage with storage room for skis and ski gear.
Please be aware that there is building work currently being undertaken on a neighbouring section. Earthworks are scheduled through to 31st August 2021 with the build ongoing. There is potential for noise disturbance during consented hours (7.30am - 6pm). When booking this property, you are agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will also receive a full document after confirming.
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- Panorama on the Terrace is for a maximum of 6 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded.
- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Panorama on the Terrace is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. Loss of keys, missing items, carpet cleaning, repair of damages to the property and chattels or excessive rubbish removal.
