Jane’s Beach Cottage is on the main shopping street at Paraparaumu Beach. Situated directly opposite the local bottle shop, and a short stroll to a wide variety of eateries and bars. Set down long driveway, quiet, gated and fully fenced. Private outdoor bbq area. Spacious bathroom, sliding doors from lounge out to sunny deck area. Plenty of offstreet parking and room for a boat.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

You can't get more central than this: a short stroll to numerous cafe's, very popular Italian Restaurant, bottle store right across the road, nearest bar on the corner and four square a few steps further. The dairy, local shops and the best fish n chip shop in NZ! The beach is 2 minutes walk. The famous Paraparaumu Beach Golf Course is 2 minutes in the other direction. Saturday market, kids skate park and play ground and beach walk way are all very popular and just a short stroll away.

Am absolute gem! Close to the beach and shops but lovely and quiet too. The cottage was well equipped with a pretty garden and comfortable beds. The spa was an added bonus. We’d definitely stay again.

Great place to stay - so handy to the beach and cafes, private and quiet, and the spa pool was an absolute delight! Would definitely return :-)

Was an enjoyable stay, great having a spa after a long day shopping! Very close to beach and shops. Had everything we needed, lovely gardens and friendly host. We look forward to returning.
