If you want to be close to the lake, cafes, restaurants and shops with space for the kids to run around, then this is the perfect holiday house for you. Set on 1/4 acre and only 50m from the lake and main street of Wanaka this home has a lot to offer.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Recently refurbished, this classic holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite. The twin bedrooms have superior bedding and French doors that open out to the private courtyard.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your self-catering holiday. With a large breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 8, there is plenty of room for everyone. The dining and lounge areas have million-dollar views, a large flat screen TV, a gas fire to keep you warm in winter, and large comfy sofas.
During summer, the front deck area is the perfect place to BBQ, sit back relax, and take in the spectacular views. With a front yard big enough for a game of "backyard" cricket and plenty of room to park the boat, it is the ideal place to spend a summer holiday. If you still require more space for the kids to run around, just across the road is Pembroke Park (or “The 26 Acre Block” as the locals call it).

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

There is off street parking at the property plus taxi and shuttle options in Wanaka to choose from.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
10pm - 7am quiet time outside - local council regulation.

Only a four-minute walk to Wanaka Township with access to the lake, shops and restaurants.
RATES:
- Rates are a guide only and subject to change
- Note special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
