About this Holiday House

If you would like peace and quiet in our lovely city our modern,sunny two bedroom apartment is ideal. Our apartment adjoining our home has a large lounge, fully self contained kitchen, washing facilities,TV,video and a microwave . We have a safe enclosed front yard for children to play in. Cot and high chair can be supplied if needed. We are a 5 - 10 minute drive to the centre of Christchurch. There is a swimming pool 10 minutes walk away and the bus stop is 5 minutes walk away. Cancellation Policy If you fail to turn up we will use your credit card to pay for the booking. If you give us 7 days notice before the booking date we will not access your credit card Internet Banking Your Internet banking deposit will be returned to you if you give us 7 days notice before the booking date. Departure time is 10am Arrival time is 12pm IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE USING THE 'I AM NOT A ROBOT' FORM ON THE ENQUIRY FORM, PLEASE CLICK THE HEADPHONE ICON AND YOU CAN USE AN AUDIO QUIZ INSTEAD.

So relaxing and great place to unwind. Nice and quiet and and beautiful garden to sit in. Bed’s really comfortable and everything you need to make cook with kitchen well equipped.

A lovely cosy and comfortable apartment which was nice and warm even on the coldest weekend of the year. Very quiet as it is down a long driveway. Child friendly - the toys and books kept our toddlers occupied the whole holiday, and the shower tub was perfect size for bathing toddlers. We even managed to squeeze two cots into the twin room. Bev & Kerry are lovely hosts and were very obliging when we had to juggle our dates and number of guests at the last minute. Will definitely stay here again if we need accommodation in central Christchurch.
