Extensive decks at the front of the property feature a large table and chairs under a shade sail, with steps from the front lawn leading directly down to the sandy beach. Imagine sitting at the table, looking out to sea and perhaps glimpsing dolphins or even Orca whales, while you drink your morning cup of coffee, or enjoy your evening glass of wine. There is also a deck with table and chairs on the other side of the property – allowing you to enjoy outdoor living in most conditions. Breakers is generously equipped with the owners’ thinking of most needs. The section is flat, fully fenced and offers a perfect location for your boat – right next to the house - and plenty of room for off street parking. The lawns are great for children playing and perhaps the odd game of “Petanque” as the sun goes down. ACCOMMODATION: The main house includes three bedrooms, two of which have queen sized beds and enjoy glorious views of the beach, while the third offers one set of bunks and a queen size bed. There is open plan living accommodation with sofas, dining table and kitchen. A ranch slider allows access to the seaward deck. There is a DVD player, music system and TV with Sky Basic and Sky Sports channels available for your independent viewing, with My Sky available for recording/playback. Free internet/wifi is available. A fourth bedroom/lounge area converted from part of garage – comprises a queen size bed, one set of bunks and two sofas. In addition, there is now a small separate cabin that accommodates another Queensize bed, chest of drawers, small table and chair. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave, a good range of cooking equipment, coffee plungers, plates and cutlery . Laundry facilities – washing machine, dryer and laundry tub – are located to one side of the kitchen. Outside, there is a three burner gas BBQ. BATHROOMS: There is a separate loo and the house bathroom comprises a shower, heated towel rail and vanity with good sized shelf for everyone’s wash bags. There is a second large bathroom located next to the 4th bedroom & Garage – this bathroom enjoys a shower, loo, vanity, two heated towel rails, and a tower of shelves. Hot water for this bathroom is provided from a gas califont. LINEN: Linen provided comprises pillows and pillow protectors, mattress protectors, duvets and duvet covers, and blankets. While most people bring their own, sheets and towels can be provided on request at an extra cost. Heaters provide warmth in the winter months.
