About this Holiday House

Single level family home in quality suburb of Tauranga. Our house is situated down a right of way with a lovely outlook across an estuary. A very peaceful quiet setting. We are with in easy walking distances of the beach and several playgrounds and parks. We are just a few minutes from a dairy and have 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.

C-B's Place was a great place to stay. The house was very nice - was quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of the estuary and all the facilities you could want. Penny and Neil were great to deal with. I can thoroughly recommend the property and hope to stay again sometime.

C-B's Place A wonderful home away from home. Clean, organised and easy to live in. Amazing relaxing views and private pool area. Penny & Neil are wonderful to deal with. We enjoyed our time in their home and would love to book again sometime.

Our house is available for single nights depending on availability. During the Xmas New Year period bookings need to be a minimum of 5 nights.
Our rates are negotiable and may vary depending on time of year and length of stay.
We also have an attached 2 bedroom fully furnished unit attached to our house which is also on Holidays Homes -
ref 51268. If you need room for a larger group of guests this may be available. We sometimes use it ourselves if guests want our house or we may have other guests using it at the time of your stay..
