One of the largest 3 bedroom apartments in Queenstown with a generous entertaining deck and gorgeous lake and mountain views. Sun filled and beautifully appointed with gas fire, My Sky TV, secure parking and ski/snowboard storage. One of only 8 quiet apartments in a boutique block just 50 meters from the lakefront and an easy 7 minute walk to town. For the larger group why not consider renting Carrick 6 as well.

Amazing location, spacious apartment, great for 6. Awesome shower & lots of hot water. Well equipped, easy walk down to the lake edge. 10 min walk to town. Fantastic cafes, restaurants and shops so close. We will definitely stay again.

A lovely cozy home located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing view of the lake and mountains. Fully set up with everything we needed. Very close to the waterfront of the Frankton Arm and the 7-minute walk to town was quite manageable so a car was not needed during our stay. The house was tastefully decorated and clean, providing us a warm homey feeling. Enjoyed having breakfast on the deck with beautiful scenery in the background. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to others.

Special conditions: 5 nights minimum stay. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. A surcharge of $150 +GST is charged to bookings that vacate on a public holiday.
