The air-conditioning will keep the house cool during the hot summer days. Unlimited wifi & netflix provided. Boardgames, cards, jigsaws and books provided (children & adult friendly). The house sleeps up to 9 guests with the following bedding configuration - 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x fold out sofa-bed and 2x fold up stretcher beds. Please note, the sofa-bed and stretcher beds are each only suitable for one small child. The mezzanine floor area where the sofa-bed is located does not have curtains, so this space is very light in the mornings. There is a small semi-communal yet private back yard. There is a partial fence between this yard and the connecting property. Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $15 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. STRICTLY no parties or events. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close by.
