This impressive 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is spacious, bright, immaculately presented and has an outdoor spa pool* from which to gaze at the amazing views.
Only a few minutes drive from the main Queenstown centre, Bel Lago is perfect for up to 4 couples travelling together, extended families or a group of friends. Each bedroom has a king bed and they all can be configured with two single beds if required – offering excellent flexibility for different group dynamics. Please advise your required bed configurations when booking. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed available for a 9th guest. All bedrooms have a Smart TV, private ensuite, large wardrobe space and sliding door balcony access boasting picture-perfect lake views with outdoor seating.
The home is cosy and well heated with heat pumps, underfloor heating, electric wall heaters, an easy to use gas fire and heated towel rails.

When booking this property, you are agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will also receive a full document after confirming.
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- Bel Lago is for a maximum of 8 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded.
- If you wish to use the spa pool, a one-off NZ$200 fee applies.
- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Bel Lago is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager. Maximum guest numbers and a Venue Hire fee applies. Please enquire for Ts and Cs.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. Loss of keys, missing items, carpet cleaning, repair of damages to the property and chattels or excessive rubbish removal.
