Caloundra Beach Townhouse is a Pet friendly, freestanding 3 bedroom home. 400m to Beach, 200m to Restaurants / Shops / Cafes (Our Main St). Fully fenced with a grassed courtyard area at the front, room to roam around the side and a rear undercover entertainment area with BBQ & outdoor setting, it is an ideal vacation and location for the entire family, including your four legged family member. The generous open plan living / kitchen area is fully tiled with a comfy lounge suite, 101cm LCD HD T.V, Dvd and Free WiFi. The living area also has fixed temp air conditioning (24 degrees). The black granite kitchen is well equipped and lends itself to plenty of little helpers. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The main bedroom has the warmth of a Timber/rattan Queen Bed with side tables and the comfort of air conditioning and ceiling fan. The main bedroom also has a LCD T.V/DVD. The second bedroom has a King Bed that converts to 2 singles with side tables and lamps. The third bedroom has a Single bed with a Trundle. Both with Sliding glass doors to the balcony and wall fans. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. We also provide a hairdryer. There is also a 2nd toilet downstairs. The Townhouse presents as light, clean and comfortable with warm neutral tones and timbers. For families with Bubs, at no extra cost we can supply a highchair on request. The Townhouse comes with a single remote lock up garage. BULCOCK BEACH: Bulcock Beach & Esplanade are 400 metres, with Waterfront Restaurants, Cafes, ice cream parlour, Fish n Chips and a Great coffee / internet cafe called The Edge. Along the Bulcock Beach esplanade is BBQ's and Picnic Tables. Bulcock Beach is a patrolled beach. It has a water passage, which kids and Adults alike travel along with the current. This is great fun and is within the flags. There is also a shallow sandbar for the little ones to play. HAPPY VALLEY BEACH: Happy Valley Beach & Parklands are also a short stroll from the Townhouse. Happy Valley has a fantastic playground with BBQ's, picnic areas & Espresso Kiosk. There is plenty of grass for playing sports and plenty of trees for shade. Relaxing in the Parklands while enjoying an espresso with the paper is a favorite pastime of ours. KINGS BEACH: Kings Beach and Water Parkland are also close by, an easy stroll along the Boardwalk. Kings Beach is also patrolled and the Seaside Ocean Pool is free. Kings Beach has beachside Cafes, Restaurants & our Surf Club. Caloundra is home to seven of the most stunning beaches on the Sunshine Coast with plenty of Beach options for kids and dogs alike. PET FRIENDLY: Happy Valley Beach is a short stroll. This is our local Dog Friendly Park and Beach on leash area. More Dog Friendly Beaches are only minutes away - by direct route. 2.4 km to Moffat Beach - Pet Friendly all day long - Off lead before 8am and after 4pm. 2.8km to Dicky / Currimundi Beach - Off lead at all times. Or meandour along our Coastal Walking Paths and discover all the beautiful beaches of Caloundra. In order of closest to Townhouse: Bulcock Beach Happy Valley Beach Kings Beach Shelly Beach Moffat Beach Dicky Beach Currimundi Beach Golden Beach is also close, but is directional to the right of the Townhouse. Your nearest park is 130m from the Townhouse on Nutley st. FOR YOUR DOG: Warm water outdoor doggie wash for after those carefree beach visits. We supply food & water bowls. Small Doggy door in the rear screen door. PET FRIENDLY Terms & Conditions: We accept dogs up to 25kg. (over 25kg by consulation). Maximum of 2 dogs. Pets must be well behaved. Owners are asked to keep their dogs quiet and under full control. - No Diggers please. Pets are welcome inside. - downstairs only - NO pets on furniture or beds pls. - NO pets allowed upstairs, unless by prior agreement. (Pls request the Pets Permitted Upstairs Terms & Conditions). LOCATION: This is a relaxing holiday home which will accommodate 6 people in comfort. Well located at 1/9 Suller St, Caloundra. - 400m to the Beach - 200m to Bulcock St (our Main St) shopping precinct, Restaurants / Cafes, and Cinemas - 350m to our local Coles Supermarket & Kmart On Sundays we have the Bulcock St Markets. Here you will find Local artists, Clothing, Jewellery, Food Stalls, Relaxation & healing Massage, Wellbeing products, Buskers, Jumping Castle & many more stalls. Caloundra is a great place for families and couples alike. Caloundra averages seven hours of sunshine daily, one of the highest ratings in the world. The climate in January is an average of 28 degrees and in July an average of 20 degrees.....We have an abundance of Al-Fresco and Waterfront dining options.

We highly recommend Simone and Mike's house for a holiday with or without a pet. The house is well equipped with modern amenities and appliances and it is ideally located within easy walking distance to Caloundra CBD, Bulcock Beach and Happy Valley. We had a wonderful stay at Simone's lovely place, she was very organised and so easy to deal with, the townhouse was a great position with everything provided, even the stubby holder for hubby. We are very impressed with everything, cleanliness, quite area, close to everything, even the smallest detail was there for her guests. Could not have a better place to stay in Caloundra and we took our fur baby Ned as well and he loved it too, and very good room for them with lovely out door area. Holidayed in this unit for 2 weeks. Modern unit, clean throughout. Excellent, quiet location. Comfortable walk to Caloundra shops and beach. Excellent location for walking dogs. My dogs enjoyed the yard and back deck, and their walks to the beach. Thank you Simone for making our stay comfortable, and being so accommodating. Highly recommend this accommodation, with or without pets.
