Caloundra Beach Townhouse is a Pet friendly, freestanding 3 bedroom home.
400m to Beach, 200m to Restaurants / Shops / Cafes (Our Main St).
Fully fenced with a grassed courtyard area at the front, room to roam around the side and a rear undercover entertainment area with BBQ & outdoor setting, it is an ideal vacation and location for the entire family, including your four legged family member.
The generous open plan living / kitchen area is fully tiled with a comfy lounge suite, 101cm TV, Dvd and Free WiFi.
The living area also has fixed temp air conditioning (24 degrees).
The black granite kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, Coffee machine for grinds and a Coffee machine for pods.
The 3 upstairs bedrooms are comfy and carpeted.
The main bedroom has the warmth of a Timber/rattan Queen Bed and the comfort of air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom also has a TV.
The second bedroom has a King Bed that converts to 2 singles .
The third bedroom has a Single bed with a Trundle (upon request).
Both with Sliding glass doors to the balcony and ceiling fans.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.
There is also a 2nd toilet downstairs.
This holiday home does have a Cleaning Expectation as no cleaning costs are incorporated into your holiday rental rate.
Linens & Towels provided - Launder on departure if opting for Self-Clean.
Self-Cleaning expectations available upon request or
"Book a Cleaner" by request, prior to arrival.
For families with Bubs, at no extra cost we can supply a highchair on request.
The Townhouse comes with a Single car remote lock up garage.
NOTE: Pls be careful of garage entry height if you have a 4 wheel drive / roof racks - max height is 1.75cm).

Happy Valley Beach is a short stroll. This is our local Dog Friendly Park and Beach on leash area.
More Dog Friendly Beaches are only minutes away - by direct route.
2.4 km to Moffat Beach
- Pet Friendly all day long
- Off lead before 8am and after 4pm.
2.8km to Dicky / Currimundi Beach
- Off lead at all times.
PET FRIENDLY Terms & Conditions:
We accept dogs up to 25kg (over 25kg by consultation).
Maximum of 2 dogs.
Pets must be well behaved.
Owners are asked to keep their dogs QUIET and under full control.
- No Diggers or Barkers please as we are in a quiet complex.
Guest are asked to take their Dogs out with them wherever possible, as if left unattended they can fret / bark and become a disturbance to others.
*The home is to be left Dog hair free and Dog waste free, regardless of you chosen cleaning option.
Pets are welcome inside.

- NO pets allowed upstairs, unless by prior agreement.

BULCOCK BEACH:
Bulcock Beach & Esplanade are 400 metres, with Waterfront Restaurants & Cafes.
Along the Bulcock Beach esplanade is free BBQ's and Picnic Tables.
Bulcock Beach is a patrolled beach.
HAPPY VALLEY BEACH:
Happy Valley Beach & Parklands are also a short stroll from the Townhouse.
Happy Valley has a playground with free BBQ's and Picnic areas.
KINGS BEACH:
Kings Beach and Water Parkland are also close by, an easy stroll along the Boardwalk.
Kings Beach is patrolled and the Seaside Ocean Pool is free with beachside Cafes, Restaurants & our Surf Club.
Caloundra is home to seven of the most stunning beaches on the Sunshine Coast.
Meandour along our Coastal Walking Paths and discover all the beautiful beaches of Caloundra.

This is a relaxing holiday home which will accommodate 5 people in comfort (6 people on request).
Well located at 1/9 Suller St, Caloundra.

- 200m to Bulcock St (our Main St) shopping precinct, Restaurants / Cafes, and Cinemas
- 350m to our local Coles Supermarket & Kmart
On Sundays we have the Bulcock St Markets.
