About this Holiday House

Our house was built by an award winning builder in 2006, The clean and modern larch cottage has 2 decks capturing all day sun in all seasons. The front deck has bifolding doors opening towards the tennis court which is approx 3m away. All on one level and a perfect spot for couples, families or groups. 2 minutes walk to cafe,restaurant, pubs ,museum and, historic precinct as well as next door to playground, BMX track Our house is a Central Otago Regional Brand qualified house and fully resource consented for 9 people. Auto WM, freeview, TV, CD player, oven,fridge/freezer, log fire, bbq, laundry, microwave, All day sun . Private back deck with morning sun. Cell phone coverage Pet friendly A non refundable deposit is required at time of booking please There is a linen and cleaning fee of 75$

Special Amenities

Centrally located. Has remains of original gold miners mud cottage on a large section. Very sunny all year round, warm in winter and cool in summer. Firewood provided. Next door tò tennis court, playground, domain/park and bike track. Large section Hot tub may be unavailable in peak summer because of fire risk.
