there is easy access from the new kitchen to the outside covered dining table. There is a new shower room and seperate toilet with handbasin This unique slice of old Wanaka is landscaped with some surperb trees. It is a comfortable and easy to live in retreat with wonderful views.

It is a 10min walk to town This home is located 20M from the main walking/cycle trail,the lake edge and beautiful Bremner Bay It is close to Eely Point, Peninsular Bay and the Clutha Outlet. It is on route to Albert Town and Lake Hawea.

A delightful slice of old Wanaka. Very relaxing quiet house with beautiful light and sunshine, lovely sheltered back yard. Magical spots inside to curl up with a cup of tea catching the view and admiring the many creative collections. Modern kitchen and bathrooms combine with classic comforts making you feel very much at home. Valerie was wonderful to deal with and we appreciate her sharing this special spot.

What a wonderful location close to three different walking and swimming areas and not far from the Wanaka eateries and main Lake swimming spots. The house was lovely with everything you need. The host was great to deal with. So nice to sit outside in the private back garden or upstairs in the loft bedroom patio. Can imagine it's very cozy in winter too. Thanks again!

A beautiful house full of architectural interest , exceptional light with glimpses of the original garden which offers a private space to eat alfresco! The mountain landscapes are visible from both the lounge and the mezzanine. It's thoughtfully furnished in keeping with the era . The well equipped kitchen provides a nice environment to cook up the best of Central Otago's beautiful produce. And if you're into cuisine, there are herbs within the garden. It's spacious with the bedrooms perfect for two couples offering privacy for both. Beds are comfortable with quality linen and a vista of Wanaka stars. Staying here added to an already great experience of Central Otago. With its stunning Lakes and mountain scapes. We walked and rode the tracks which circle the lake and are minutes from the house. Which is situated within a quiet neighbourhood. Bremner Bay is a small attractive Bay at the end of the road. And suitable for swimming. Valerie was a gracious and supportive host and communicated effectively with courtesy during our stay. I'd welcome the opportunity to stay here again. Susan
