Fantastic stay at Nook Cottage. Lovely, well thought out space, lovely and private looking out over garden. Very accommodating and friendly hosts, making sure we had everything we needed, including toys and beautiful portacot set up for our 1 year old. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely weekend in Masterton.
Response from Owner
Thank-you for the wonderful comment about your stay with us. We are so pleased that Noah slept well in the portacot and that you all had an enjoyable time
A wonderful spot for our week in Masterton. Serviced daily with fresh towels, baking, etc - came home each day to find the heater on, etc. Gracious, thoughtful hosts - interested but not intrusive. Good location - close to the railway station. Excellent, firm bed. Looks of reading matter to look over. The unit is a short distance from the driveway, so bags will need to be carried in. Good lighting.

Nook Cottage exceeded our expectations - private, peaceful, set-up with everything you need for a relaxing stay. My husband and I took a dip in the pool, lazed in the hammock, and ate our meals outside in the garden at an umbrella shaded table setting. Sue and Ken made sure we were comfortable / had everything we needed, and happily chatted, whilst always being very considerate of our privacy. Borrowing their bikes to explore the local cycle trail / Lake Henley was an added bonus. We hope to return again soon.
