Lovely & sunny 3 bedroom (2 Queens & 3 singles) home with stunning lake views on quiet back section adjacent to grassed reserve. BBQ, outdoor furniture and patio heater on large wrap around deck. 250 metres to local licensed restaurant/bar, dairy, 400 metres to beach & boat ramp, 5 min to town, 8 min to AC thermal Baths, 10 min to de Bretts Hot Springs Open plan lounge/dining with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, stereo etc. Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. Washing machine & dryer Bedding configuration 2 Queen beds and 3 single beds Double garage ample parking & easy access for boat parking from the adjacent grassed reserve. Minimum stay 2 nights
