Roses on West is a delightful cottage set in a lovely private garden a quite street within a short stroll to the centre of Greytown....voted in 2017 as New Zealand's most beautiful small town. There is 1 televisions, a D.V.D. with a selection of D.V.D'S, C.D. player, wifi, plus magazines to read. The Cottage is fully insulated and double glazed and heated by a a heat pump with an electric heater in both bedrooms also a wood burner is availaple from May through to September. We supply tea, coffee, plus plunger, biscuits, sugar, milk, and complimentary wine and nuts. There is a large modern cottage styled kitchen and laundry, a tiled bathroom with spa bath and shower. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, and one with a double sized bed, plus two comfortable double sofa beds. The beautiful west facing front verandah gets the last of the afternoon sun and is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Service charge The rates for the cottage are per room i.e if you are a couple the rate per night is $195 for one room only if you need to use the 2nd bedroom there is a one off charge of $50 also the same applies to 2 single guests using both rooms there will be a one off charge off $50.
