This large modern fully furnished quality beach house situated in sunny Marahau 200 metres from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the gateway of the Abel Tasman Park. The house has 4 large bedrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms are open plan with lounge furniture. We have a newly installed kitchen with stone counter top and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a Rinnai gas log fire as well as a heat pump for heating. There is a 3/4 size snooker table. The large open plan living area has sliding glass doors that facilitate inside outside living onto 2 metre width veranda and covered patio area 5.5 metres wide and 3 metres deep at Northern side of the house, an additional covered 38 square metres of covered area . When you stay at this house you will enjoy Sky TV and Fibre Internet services. There is a sleep out/cottage at the rear of the property which has three queen beds and a single bed and own bathroom. This is already included in the rates quoted. It is a 200 metre walk to a beach front café/restaurant, Water Taxis and Abel Tasman Centre for convenience groceries etc.
