Great spot for a holiday, everything you need in the kitchen, very close to village so not long to walk there or back. Warm enough with the heating, a little quirky but in a nice way. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Great outdoor sitting, barby area when the weather is warm which it wasn't when we were there. The Kaka visited on the first night looking for perks in the recycling, Tui are there all the time which was lovely to listen to, we heard what we thought were Kiwi on our last night fighting and running round in the bush. One night we walked down the road and scared 5 white tail deer. I know they are a pest but nice to see. The only let down was the bathroom, it could really do with an upgrade, heater didn't work and the fan could be blocked or something as didn't seem to work very well even with window open, very damp, the shower drain needed mopping all the time after or you got wet feet when going to the loo. But apart from that we would go back, thanks Jimmy and Petra.

Have a fabulous break at Jimmy's College no1 lovely clean and very comfortable cottage., had everything we needed. Lots to do on the Island so was nice to have a lovely place to go back to go back to a just relax 😌
