Its not large, compact would be the best description, but it is larger than say a motel unit.
It is very suitable for a couple and the location and views are fantastic, uninterupted views across to Paihia and Waitangi, relax on the patio and watch the sunsets. Flat garden at rear of property as well.

Warm and cozy with great ocean views in two directions. The cottage is located in Okiato a small neighborhood about 8km from Russell in the Bay of Islands in the warmest part of the North Island. Okiato was the first capitol of New Zealand. There are wonderful views from both sides of the cottage, one looking North to the Veronica Channel where the ferry travels from Opua to Okiato and the other from a large covered deck that looks out across the Waikere inlet and lush green hills in the distance.
