Welcome to my 1970's inspired, sunny, modern apartment beautifully located on the fringe of our vibrant Capital City. Set up as a full time homestay, it is ideal for a family of four or up to three adults. With free parking directly outside on Whaui Street, Conifer House is located in a sheltered valley just a minute's walk from the road, down the gently sloping path. It is the third townhouse along, elevated for great sun and views and surrounded by 3,000 square metres of manicured gardens and beautiful native bush offering far reaching views of Vogeltown and the Eastern Hills beyond. The living area is open plan with comfortable, mid century and modern decor. The space is light and colourful including art from local and international artists and photographers. There are books and games for children and adults to enjoy. Also available is unlimited WIFI, Freeview TV, Netflix and a CD player to assist in your relaxation after a day of sightseeing and shopping. A private lawn overlooking the native bush is yours to enjoy exclusively with further shared land at the bottom of the garden which you are most welcome to explore. With or without a car, Vogeltown's location is fantastic - just a 6 minute drive from the Airport, and even closer to central Wellington, Brooklyn, Newtown, the South Coast beaches and of course our wonderful zoo. Cinemas, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are all within an easy drive from the apartment.
