They are fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 8 guests with bedding configuration comprising of 2 queen beds and 4 single beds. (Unit 1 ) (***Note: Unit 2 Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen and 3 Single Beds) (***Unit 3 Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 4 Singles and 2 Sofa Beds) Properties are children friendly and provide a portable baby cot and high chair at no additional cost. The downstairs master bedroom includes an ensuite with separate shower/toilet, while the main bathroom has a separate shower, bathtub & toilet. There is an additional powder room downstairs with the toilet. Modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge and brand new dishwasher. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided. Cook your meals 3 times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels and restaurants. The fully equipped laundry includes modern washing machine and dryer, iron and an ironing board. LINEN & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED FOR ALL GUESTS. ***We can easily accommodate large groups of up to 25 guests with the three properties next door to one another. Our guests will have access to the entire property, secured back yard and car garage. Fully equipped laundry and use of washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Other things to note 1. The keys are securely located at the premises and codes for the lock boxes will be provided once above conditions have been met.
