Perfect for relaxing and exploring the local area this home is a spectacular place to call home while on holiday. It is only a short 8- 10 minute drive to Queenstown Centre and 20 minutes to Queenstown International Airport.. The space The property consists of large open plan kitchen, living and dining area with wood burner and spectacular views over lake Wakitapu. The second living area/media room has a projector and surround sound and second wood burner for those cosy nights in. The master bedroom (super king bed) and ensuite also have uninterrupted views of the lake. Toward the other end of the property are two further bathrooms (one with bath and separate toliet), and a third living area. Three further bedooms have a queen bed and built in robes, with the fourth bedroom with sofa bed. There is also an equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. There are two outdoor areas and a large double garage. Guest access We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house. To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details. With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided. We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced.
