Kaiteriteri

The view is taken from the deck of this house which has a prime view over the main Kaiteriteri beach, boat ramp and action, as the site was purchased in the '60s before the area became a tourist destination. It is the site often used for commercials in the area and the Repel insect advertisement. The house is open-plan with wall to wall ranch sliding doors opening on to the deck. It is under a five minute walk to Little Kaiteriteri and main beach, but visitors are often content to listen to the native birds in the surrounding trees and watch the world(and the quails) go by, from the deck - there is always plenty to see, day and night. All day sun, heaps of parking, completely private-ideal honeymooners retreat! Bedroom 4 has outside access only. Best to email as calendar is not always accurate, and rates are definitely negotiable subject to numbers and time of year. House to be left in tidy state. Linen not supplied-unless requested for additional amount. House trained pets are welcome! Three nights minimum stay-but also negotiable. $160 cleaning fee applies.
