Picton township and ferry terminal 60 mins Havelock (greenshell mussel capital of the world!) 40 mins Marlborough produces around 80% of NZ wines, notably Savignon Blanc. Marlborough is also home to The Queen Charlotte Track (one of NZ's great walks) and many other superb walking and mountain bike tracks. There are many, many options for kayaking, boat cruises and eco tours throughout Marlborough. She is a region with many options and will keep you busy or a place for rest whilst enjoying the views.
