Beachfront Kennedy Bay (Coromandel) Bach, available for all of January 2026, so you can have it to yourselves for the whole month. Kennedy Bay is a lovely white sandy beach, located 25 minutes drive from Coromandel town. It has great fishing and is excellent for swimming and all watersports. We are not going to be able to use it this year, but want someone to enjoy this wonderful beach for all of January. Instead of usual nightly rates for places like this of around $350 per night at that time of year, we are only charging $4,500 for the whole month. The catch is that you will be expected to provide all linen, toiletries and leave it spotlessly clean when you depart. We think that's a pretty good deal! While the Holiday Houses system specifies a nightly rate, only bookings for the whole of January will be accepted / considered for acceptance. Pets are negotiable but we will need to approve them.
