Room Configuration
Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom 1x Super King Bed. This bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 2x King Single Beds. This is a Split-King. If you would like the singles put together to make a Super King, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed. Please note - the third bedroom is a Queen tilt-away located in the open-plan living space. There is a sliding panel door which can be pulled around to partition this off.
Apartment Rules and Information:
Parking: There is only 1 parking space allocated for this apartment in the underground parking.
You will need to find additional parking for any extra vehicles along Lake Terrace.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the complex for security purposes.
Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $35 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbouring apartments are very close and are to be respected at all times.
