Conveniently located only 3 minutes drive to Taupo Town Centre. This 4 bedroom home is ideal for families who want to get out for a day of exploring our beautiful town, and then sit back and enjoy the stunning lake-views at the end of the day. Regardless of the season, the heatpump/air-conditioning unit will keep you comfortable. The main level of the home consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area. The dining area opens out onto the covered deck and BBQ area. The back yard is fully fenced. Bedding configuration on the main level is: 1x King, 1x Queen, 2x Singles. The king bed can be split into 2x singles upon request - please ensure you let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival, otherwise this will be a King bed. Beneath the house is the fourth bedroom. This room does not have internal access, so it will not be suitable for young children without an adult. This room has another 4x Single beds, and a TV. This property is very close to the neighbours, and whilst there are multiple single-beds, we are only welcoming families, and quiet groups to enjoy the home. Strictly no loud groups, no paties and no events. Noise disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated. Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $40 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. The BBQ must be left clean. Please note - there is no garage access.
