This luxurious spacious studio offers a contemporary, quiet retreat with a distinctly Kiwi feel. Nestled in a fantastic neighbourhood close to the city and the hills, you'll have the best Otautahi (Christchurch) has to offer close at hand. The studio boasts an outdoor spa, super comfortable King bed, an ensuite with generous shower, built in home office and small lounge area. The sun-drenched studio is located in the back garden of our Somerfield home. You'll have views of our established native garden, but still have privacy. We have recently installed an outdoor spa for guests exclusive use whilst staying. Nespresso coffee, tea and herb tea are available in the room. There is also a small fridge and microwave. We are also well stocked with plates, bowls, glassware and cutlery if you would like to prepare basic food during your stay (leave all your dishes outside and we will replace them with clean ones). Free parking is available on the street outside our property. There is always plenty. If you have kids, we have two high-quality roll-away beds available for your use (extra fees apply per person). We also have a portable cot (with SnoozeShade) available by request (no additional charge). Please note we have a $40 (NZ) cleaning fee for each booking.
