Perfect for family get-togethers, a holiday in Christchurch, a stop-over on your trip around the South Island, bridal parties, school trips and workgroups. A 6-minute drive from the airport - A huge relief after a flight or hours of driving! Only minutes away from most of the cities main attractions. 2-minutes to the motorway for tourists passing through. FAST UNLIMITED BROADBAND makes it THE stay for those travelling for work or for families to watch free Netflix. THE SPACE These lovely guests summed the home up perfectly... Great house, big enough to fit our two families. Beautiful entertainers kitchen with all the gadgets and utensils you would find at your own home. The area out back was perfect for all the family to sit around to catch up over a beer while the bbq was cooking. The kids (and adults!) made good use of the basketball area. NATALEE October 2019 THE AREA The home is situated in Harewood, a tree-lined established area, very close to the airport and the motorway running north to south and still within a short drive to the city center. Relax by the fire in winter while enjoying warm cocoa (or glass of wine) or keep cool in summer with the air-conditioning unit. The couch by the fire folds out to a double bed where the 11th and 12th guests will have a comfortable night's sleep. It is set up with a complimentary espresso machine and all the utensils and cookware you will need for your stay. The house was fully stocked with games, full kitchen, and stylish furniture. The amazing outdoor area was a true getaway. Would stay again! It can sleep up to four people and is connected to the ensuite/upstairs bathroom. King-sized bed or can be separated into 2 king singles on request for longer stays - 1 X KING SINGLE BEDS - 1 X TRUNDLER BED - 1 X QUEEN-SIZED BED - SMART TV - HEAT PUMP / AIR CONDITIONER - NETFLIX UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 2 - SLEEPS 2 It also overlooks the front yard. Connects to the upstairs toilet. - 2 X KING SINGLE BEDS - SMART TV - HEAT PUMP / AIR CONDITIONER - NETFLIX - WII CONSOLE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM AND SEPARATE TOILET Separate shower and a large bathtub and separate toilet perfect for taking a relaxing soak after that long drive today... - SHOWER - SEPARATE TOILET - LARGE BATHTUB Here are a few more kind words from some more great guests... We cannot praise our experience enough. There were 11 of us for 2 and 3 nights stay. We could not fault this home, warm and cozy, exceptionally clean and well provided with everything you would need at home. We had 3 children who spent so much time playing basketball and it was so thoughtful to provide the 3 balls. Many thanks BEVERLEY June 2019 GETTING AROUND Public transport by bus is very close by and can take you anywhere in Christchurch with a little planning ahead. Buses run on a very regular schedule. Uber and taxis are also available. PLEASE NOTE: The cleaning fee is for the laundering of bed linen and towels. We would very much appreciate that guests leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. Guest access The entire house is for your use, dependent on the number of guests staying. This includes... the back and front yard also there are 3 car spaces.
