A peaceful, quiet, relaxing retreat. Large, sunny villa , fully equipped, in rural setting. Beautiful established gardens with mature rhodendrons, camelias, roses , maples, dogwood, cherry and oak trees. The house is warm, sunny, light and bright and recently redecorated. Large living areas with a log burner for cold winter nights and air conditioning for the summer. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with their own ensuite bathrooms . In total there are 3 queen beds , 1 double bed and 3 single beds where children can room in with parents for family groups. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a single, bedroom 3 has a queen bed , the large bedroom 4 has a double bed and 2 singles. There is a portable available for babies. All living areas have access to the verandah and gardens. Much to enjoy from the gardens and bird song of bellbirds and quail to the clear night sky and beautiful sunsets.Woodend, Waikuku and Pegasus beaches are just 5 minutes away. There are cycle ways, horse riding vacilities and tracks, swimming pools, wineries, shopping, golf courses, (Kaiapoi and Pegasus golf courses) 5 minutes away. Nearby townships Kaiapoi, Rangiora and Pegasus offer first class dining with a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs. All this is situated just 20 minutes from the airport and a 20 minute drive from Christchurch city.
