All bedrooms have drawers and 2 of the the bedrooms have wardrobes as well. Also on the lower level is a big bathroom with a shower and bath.
Semi attached to the side of the house is the studio. It is bright and cosy and has a superking bed than can be split into 2 singles. It has tea & coffee facilities and a shower over the toilet.
The studio can increase the maximum persons staying to 10 and is available upon request only. Please enquire for price.
You can choose to dine inside or outside on one of the balconies. Alternatively, have a BBQ beside the Pohutukawa tree in the garden whilst looking out to sea.
The property is secure so you can relax while listening to your children playing cricket or swingball out on the lawn.
When you decide to go to the beach, open the gate and take a short walk through the native sand dunes to the pristine shoreline.
Bayfair Shopping Mall is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. Just around the corner is a dairy, lotto shop, chemist, doctor, dentist and takeaways. The Mount and the airport are both a 10 minute drive and the Hopper bus stop is 5 minutes away.
For the kids there are swings and slides nearby, also the Baywave Aquatic/Gym & Leisure Centre is just up the road.
You can walk up the Mount or visit the Classic Flyers Aviation Museum, play golf or visit many of the local art, culture or heritage establishments while you are here or you can just sit back and relax and enjoy the classic kiwi beach experience in a great location.
