We created our self contained apartment from spare rooms in the original 'Aorangi Orchard' homestead. THE ROOMS & FACILITIES. A generous patio leads to a classic French door entrance for the apartment only. Entrance is into the kitchenette [2x3m]. Table and chairs and all necessary kitchen items including a microwave and dishwasher and benchtop oven. The kitchenette flows through to a small sitting room [3x3.6m] with TV and DVD player (there is a draw full of DVD's). and a comfortable sofa bed. Access to the main bedroom and bathroom is via a passageway. The main bedroom contains a double queen sized bed, chest of drawers etc. All rooms look out onto sweeping lawns. Some outdoor furniture is available THE GARDEN & GROUNDS. Guests will be able to explore our large garden with croquet lawn, pittanque pitch and small boutique vineyard. OUR SERVICES. We will happily provide information directions and recommendations for the many attractions of this west Auckland area. A range of food is provided for continental style breakfast for guests on the first night or two.
