The apartment comes with a kitchen to bring things home or be a Masterchef. Take a quiet drink while looking out the large window and enjoying the street view or chill out in front of the TV. WiFi is free and unlimited. The apartment is furnished with a washing machine and dryer and it's cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all mod-cons. The main Queen-sized bed is by the large window overlooking Durham and Queen Street. The living room features a comfortable sofa with a unique and modern looking dining table. Climb up the ladder to the second Queen-sized bed which makes this studio very unique and full of character. The ladder is steep, so good mobility is required! The bathroom has a shower and full laundry. The large window in the living room overlooking Queen and Durham Street is one the best things about this property- you can relax while the hustle and bustle of Auckland's main street goes by. Despite being so central, the apartment is very quiet once the window is shut. Guest Access Once settled in, the place is your own. You drop the door key in the letter box when you leave! You will have access to the whole space. With the Victoria Street Car Park building literally at your doorstep, it'll be worry-free for you finding parking space. Finding a car park space is easy peasy and readily available! Public transport is also right on your doorstep. From the airport, you can simply get off the bus stop on Queen St right opposite Durham St and voilà you're at the entrance!
