Waiheke Island is one of worlds most beautiful small islands, voted 4th best Island in the world and 5th in the world's top 10 regions for 2016. Breath-taking scenery, beautiful beaches, vineyards, olive groves, local boutique shops, arts and crafts, exhibitions, gallery's, restaurants and café's, coastal and bush walks and bird life galore! Centrally located on Waiheke Island, Palm Beach is peaceful and quiet with a stunningly beautiful safe swimming, white sand beach and abundant birdlife This fully self-contained stand-alone Villa, (not an apartment) has a private deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue and gorgeous views down to Palm Beach, the Pacific Ocean and islands beyond... the pristine white sands, a convenience/mini grocery store with coffee, ice creams and milkshakes is only a 5min tree lined stroll away. We have a little Waiheke Runabout Car, which lives at the property, you can rent subject to availability for just $50 per day, please enquire first regarding availability if this is a prerequisite for your stay. Bus stop at the bottom of the driveway and pick up and drop off is also available for Waiheke Island's famous wine tour or enjoy the local boutique shops, arts & crafts, exhibitions, gallery's, restaurants & café's on the Island Your villa is completely self-contained: · Fully Equiped Kitchen, Fridge, Microwave and Convection Oven, Jug, Toaster, etc.. Barbecue on the Deck · Quality bed linen and towels · Flat Screen TVs with DVD players in both the bedrooms and the lounge, with SKY TV Movies and Sports · Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Salt and Pepper, Cooking Oil, Herbs and Spices · Hair Dyer, Iron, Ironing Board, washing machine in the house and a dryer available to use on site · North Facing with Spectacular Panoramic views down to Palm Beach, the ocean and the islands beyond, it is breathtaking! Guest access Fully Self-contained Villa all to yourself. Other things to note I have a little car which lives at the property. It is an automatic, easy to drive and runs on the smell of an oily rag :) Great for getting out and really seeing Waiheke Island! If you have a current; New Zealand, Australian or British drivers license, you can hire it for the day/night of your stay for just $50.00 per day (half the lowest rate I have seen out here), and topping it back up with gas before you leave it back in the carpark after your stay. You do need to pay a deposit of $500, ((SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) IS THE BEST OPTION FOR PAYING THIS, IT IS HELD BY (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) AND ON REFUND, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) FEES ARE ALSO REFUNDED :) as this is our insurance excess for any accidents, (you get this back after your stay)... if you are happy with this, and the car is not booked at the time of your stay, and you are welcome to use it during your stay or part thereof :) UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU DON'T DRIVE ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE ROAD AT HOME, THE EXCESS WE ARE CHARGED ON OUR INSURANCE IS INCREASED TO $1000.00, SO THIS IS THE BOND THEN REQUIRED, SORRY.
