With 4 double bedrooms (one of which is a sleepout) plus 2 stretcher beds, this house can sleep up to 10. Three of the double bedrooms have Super King beds which can be zipped apart to singles, with a Queen bed in the sleepout.

Continuous gas hot water, a second bathroom, fully fenced section and spa pool are great features for families and larger groups.

Continental breakfast provisions - milk, cereals, bread and spreads, tea and coffee - are there on your arrival.

Minimum booking requirement for weekends is 6 guests for 2 nights, smaller groups will be charged for up to 6 guests.

My group of friends and I recently stayed at 28 Cologne St for my birthday weekend. We absolutely loved the house, and found it very comfortable and perfect for our weekend away. The spa was a mega hit as was the fire place! The kitchen was well kitted out, and the bedrooms were warm and comfy. Great location, only a stone's thrown from Martinborough town, and close to the vineyards. I would definitely stay again and have no hesitation recommending the house to others.

Superb big house. Great location very close to the town square and many wineries. We needed three of the bedrooms and it has a huge well stocked kitchen. The hot tub worked beautifully and easily accommodates 4 people at a time. Owners are very approachable and helpful. The cost is reasonable if you have enough people to fill it.
