A pleasant 15 minute walk / 2 minute drive along lake side from the Wanaka Township. Near to lake side walking and biking tracks. Ample off street parking.Very safe / secure neighbourhood. Large private balcony. Fully equipped Kitchen. Baby gate for stairs, High chair and Portacot. Heat pump and modern Oil heaters. Free Business Class WiFi. On site Manager in attached, self contained apartment at the rear of the property. Carport not available to guests.
