Great for the family holiday or a romantic getaway. The Beach Hut is a new, modern, fully equipped holiday home in the heart of paradise. It is the traditional kiwi bach with a touch of luxury. The perfect destination if you are looking for a bit more than the average bach accommodation. The kitchen, dining, and living area are fully open plan and all open out onto a large sun-drenched deck, perfect for entertaining with family and friends on long summer evenings. The home is equipped with high-speed fiber internet. We have a growing number of board games and cards to keep everyone entertained. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining and has all the modern appliances that you need. We have a Webber BBQ, perfect for ease of use. NEW heat pump, heaters, and air conditioning provided. There are two master bedrooms, one with double bi-folds which open out onto the same deck that the kitchen and living areas open onto. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids. There is plenty of grassed areas around the front of the house for children to play, where the parents can supervise while relaxing on the deck or inside. The home is situated in a new subdivision with private roads, pathways, and tropical gardens. There is a private tennis court purely for use of the subdivision residents and there is also a pathway leading over to the beautifully tranquil Whale bay. Within 500m, you have access to the beautiful Matapouri Bay, Whale Bay, and the estuary, great for swimming, water sports or plain old sunbathing. More importantly, all are children friendly. There are 2 kayaks for guest use. A bit further afield there is Wooley’s Bay and Sandy Bay and offshore lies the Poor Knights Islands Marine Reserve, one of the world's premier dive spots. The Matapouri store is only a short walk around the corner or there is a mountain bike provided if you’re in a hurry to get the morning paper. Dining out is easy. From pizza and cafes to fine dining, Tutukaka offers something for all tastes, from the boutique hotel-based Knights Restaurant to the South Pacific feel of Schnappa Rock Cafe. There's always plenty to do in and around Tutukaka. Please note, that bedding, including duvets and pillows are included, but linen/sheets/pillow slips and towels are not provided.
