Lovely cottage in peaceful setting. Have stayed many times over the years and will continue to do so. Great communication from owner.

A very relaxing place to stay. The fire was fabulous and lots of interesting books to read. The only annoying issue is that a neighbour in the area has roosters and they make a bit of a din all day. Peel Forest is a beautiful area and has a good selection of walks for all capabilities.

Typical kiwi Bach, best fire and lits of wood thus warm & cozy. All necessary appliances available. Only issue was we turned the waterpump off accidentally hence after we phoned Denis ( who is lovely) to sort the issue there were bits in the tap water. Hence we boiled water or used bottles of H2O.
