Wonderful views of lagoon ocean and mountains. Centrally located easy walking to town and bars. Huge by fold doors, that opens out on to an outdoor deck and seating area. Car hire and airport transfers available at an extra cost. unlimited internet onsite, enquire for rates.

Across the road from the Cook Island Game Fishing Club bar and beach. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Avarua Town centre. Close to bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Bus stops outside the door.

Wow what an amazing space to come and enjoy Paradise! This studio is set up to be completely self contained and is perfectly set up with everything you need to enjoy your time away from home. I would highly recommend to any couple who like to have a beautiful view and their own space. Sharon is amazing she picked us up from the airport at 1.30am and dropped us off again at 11pm when we left. I cannot say how much it really was a slice of Paradise and in a great location. Thankyou again for hosting us. And can't wait to come back.

We loved our stay here. It is a lovely, open, airy and very spacious studio. We loved how clean and comfortable it was and it had everything you needed. It is also close enough to walk into town, to nearby restaurants and the Saturday market. Hiring the little car was great too as we were able to easily explore all over the island. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay! I can’t put into words how much we loved this stay. Everything was perfect, Sharon is a fabulous host, who shared local knowledge and made the stay as easy as we could of wished for. She picked and dropped us off to the airport, hired a car to us for a few days then a scooter for the rest! I recommend this beautiful stay to everyone and anyone. The bed is super comfortable, the pillows are filled with feather that make a lush bedding. This stay was even better when we were greeted by her beautiful animals, by far my favourite was Miss Niggy, it’s paradise, it’s a slice of home.

$50 fee will be charged for any postponements.
Additional one-off cleaning fee of $75 will be also charged. Please note the cleaning fee is part of the booking total and will not be refunded at the end of your stay.
Check out before 10am or $50 late fee would be charged.
Full payment for accommodation must be paid 1 month in advance of arrival to Mana Tiaki Studio.
No refund will be given for any cancelations of the booking for less that 28 days notice to the commencement date of the term being booked. unlimited internet onsite enquire for rates.
